Stamped Patio & Custom Fire Pit Installation
The Goal: Replace a small, underutilized patio with a large-scale outdoor living space designed for entertaining and relaxation.
Key Features: Demolition of the existing 150-square-foot patio and installation of a 690-square-foot stamped concrete patio, complemented by a curved masonry sitting wall topped with ledger stone.
Design Detail: A high-output 280,000 BTU gas fire pit with electronic ignition was added as the centerpiece, featuring matching masonry and stonework. A new gas line was professionally installed to support the system, while integrated accent lighting enhances both the sitting wall and fire pit.
The Win: A dramatic transformation from a minimal patio to a resort-style outdoor gathering space built for year-round enjoyment.
