Key Features: Complete structural reframe and expansion to a spacious 20’ x 20’ deck, including two redesigned stairs and an upper balcony.
Design Detail: Finished with low-maintenance composite decking, hidden fasteners, and a clean fascia wrap for a polished look. A metal handrail provides modern contrast, while a custom flower pot hanging beam and a newly added hose spigot on the far side of the deck make plant care and landscaping effortless.
