The Goal: Fully rehabilitate a 1950s duplex by resolving critical plumbing failures and modernizing dated, inefficient layouts.
Key Features: A complete "down-to-the-studs" mechanical upgrade, replacing failing cast iron and galvanized lines with modern PVC and PEX. The scope included full kitchen guts, window replacements, and hardwood restoration.
